Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We organise worldwide port delivery. The price of delivery is dependent on several factors: whether the item is customized or standard size + the type of an item. Average price for a bathtub port delivery is 1000 eur.

  • Delivery is free for any sink of standard size in the EU. We are shipping from Estonia. Timing is usually around 3-8 working days. depending on your location.

  • For home furniture and bathtubs delivery is paid and varies depending on the item's weight and size. We will reach out to you once the (pre) payment is made to discuss the details of delivery.
After the item has been received and signed off from the shipping company we are no longer responsible for the safety of the item.

The shipment is done mostly via FedEx, DHL, and DPD depending on the size, weight, and destination.

All shipments are trackable and insured. Please check the item immediately upon arrival. If the item arrived broken/cracked or with any other visible damage, let the courier know, take pictures, and let us know so that we can file the insurance claim.
Returns
If the product does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 14 days after receipt, and a full refund will be issued.

If the product is not defective and it was customized according to the client's needs, it cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please complete and fill out the return form.

The product must be sent back to the address specified by the Seller - Refined Stone. Co., which must be agreed upon in writing prior to initiating the return. You can arrange this via email at info@refinedstone.eu

The refund will be processed to the bank account provided by the buyer 10 working days after the receipt of the shipment by the Seller.

Returned items must be unused and remain in their original packaging.
Warranty
Depending on the type of stone guarantee is provided for 2 up to 10 years.

What is Covered Under Warranty:
  • Integrity of the product (cracks or chips related to manufacturing defects).
  • Wear resistance with proper maintenance.
  • Color stability of marble (provided it is used correctly and not exposed to chemical damage).

Conditions:
  • We may limit the warranty if aggressive cleaning chemistry was used or care guidance has been neglected.
  • Professional installation is recommended for bathtubs.
